Club Run 

We met at Wildings in Pateley Bridge for a morning coffee and then set off on a 50 mile drive.

The route had to be altered slightly, obviously due to local councils spending the last of their road repair budgets.

We headed off to Greenhow and then through Appletreewick to Burnsall. We turned up to Grassington and to Arncliffe

before turning back down the other side of the valley and past Malham Tarn. The last stretch was Airton, Hetton and a

finish at the Devonshire Arms in Cracoe. The pub has re-opened with new owners and the food was as good as it used to be.

Many thanks to David & Janet for a good day out.

Club Night - Beetle Drive

A lively evening with intense drama and everyone dashing up and down the room.

Congratulations to Elsie Marsden for winning the event and commiserations to Val Franklin who had the lowest score.

Thanks to Sue and Dave for organising the event.

Annual Dinner Dance

Held once again at the Majestic Hotel. An enjoyable evening was had by all in a newly refurbished room.

Good food, good wine and excellent company.

Congratulations to Paul Mitchell who was voted member of the year and to George Grayson whose Roadster won car of the year.

Thank you to Barbara who organised the Dinner and to Janet and Hilary for their assistance.

2010

Next year will be our 25th anniversary.

We are hoping that members will provide us with reminiscences and photographs of their time with the club.

Harrogate MG Club Web Site

We would like to add your MG to the “club cars” web page.

Nearly half our members cars are now on the site.

If you do not have access to a computer please send a photograph to me or bring it to club night.

We have also changed the design and colours of the web site and hope you think that it is an improvement.
