CLUB NIGHT

Roger Baker organised  an audio visual presentation. We were treated to half a dozen short scenic films set to appropriate music.

They encompassed travels in the Dales and Lakes alongside a flower theme and given the date - a Remembrance Day montage seemed apt.

They certainly produced some food for thought and some inspiration for the photographers present.

DEVONSHIRE ARMS - CRACOE

Given the vagaries of the weather at this time of year  David and Janet organised a Sunday lunch at this popular inn near Skipton.

Twenty members made the journey from home, some in MGs, to enjoy a well presented lunch.

They could not be faulted on quality and quantity and were extremely helpful.

ROYAL OAK - BURTON LEONARD

It seems to have been Roger’s month. Having organised club night he then organised this pub night in his neighbouring village.

The Royal Oak are always pleased to see us and cater for us extremely well.

We possibly ‘ate all the pies’ as most of the twenty members present ordered this as their main course.

If you visit there it is certainly one of the highlights of their menu.
